Writing is the best way in which I can express and describe my thoughts. I’m so glad I decided to study linguistics ‘cause I want to know every way to communicate. I want to be as clear as I can, I’m articulate. But I want you to hear me when I write though, come and feel my vibe sometime co. Described as 80s fine, island time, a ride or die, you won’t deny. You get to be a kid again, by allowing your imagination to run wild and it’s so freeing and exciting. But we have to be intentional about how we use it. Truthfully you probably visualize every day….but in the WRONG WAY. What we think about and how we allow our throughs to run wild is an example of visualization. Have you ever visualized something bad and gotten all worked up or anxious? That is visualization at it’s finest, but not in a way that is helping you. I want to talk about how to make visualization work in your favor because when you do it will change your life.
